FAQ

Good questions, straight answers.

The short version of how buying a premade suit from us works. Anything else — just ask.

What does "premade" mean?

Every suit in the shop is already finished, photographed, and in stock — each one is one of one. When it's gone, it's gone, and what you see is the exact suit you receive. We also take commissions, which is the other way to buy: your character, built to your measurements, with the price and lead time published on the commissions page.

Do you take commissions?

Yes. Pick your build on the commissions page and it prices itself — piece type, style, add-ons, deposit and lead time, all on the page. You reserve a slot with a deposit that stays fully refundable until we confirm we can build your design, and the balance is invoiced separately before it ships. We don't ask for a duct tape dummy; tape measurements and a short video do it.

How do I know a suit will fit me?

Premade suits are built to fixed measurements — none of them fit everyone, and we won't pretend otherwise. Each listing states the measured wearer range (height, head circumference, piece-specific notes). Check our Sizing & Fit guide for how to measure, and if you're unsure, send us your numbers before buying.

What are the suits made of?

Faux fur throughout — we never use animal fur. Construction details differ by piece, so each listing describes its own materials: the faux fur used, the base construction, and the eye type.

Is the suit brand new?

Yes — every suit is new and sold for the first time. During construction our designers briefly wear pieces to check ergonomic fit, the way any maker fits a suit while building it. We tell you this because we'd rather be exact than vague.

How fast do you ship, and when will it arrive?

Two different numbers, and we would rather you had both. Dispatch: every piece is checked over before packing and leaves us within 4 days of your order — four calendar days, weekends included, not four business days. Delivery: the carrier takes it from there, typically up to a week within the US, and you get tracking by email the moment the label is made. So four days is when it leaves, not when it lands. Suits ship free. Everything else ships free over $49.80, and $7.95 below that — the same rate wherever we ship, US or not.

Where do you ship?

The United States, plus the countries in the selector at checkout. Orders outside the US are sent duty-paid — import duties and taxes are covered before the parcel reaches the border, so nothing is owed on arrival and no courier can hold it for a handling fee. We only open a country when we can do it that way, which is why the list is short and grows slowly. International orders also take longer to arrive than US ones — the four-day figure is a US promise. If your country is not listed yet, email us and we will tell you the moment it is.

What if my suit arrives damaged?

If the carrier damages your suit in transit, contact us right away with photos of the box and the damage — we'll make it right.

Can I return a suit if I change my mind?

No — and we'd rather say so plainly before you buy than bury it in a policy page. Each suit is one of one, built to fixed measurements and worn against the body, so a return can't go back into stock. What we do cover: damage or loss in transit, and anything that doesn't match its listing — including a piece that falls outside the measurements we published. You can also cancel for a full refund any time before it ships. Full detail is in our refund policy.

Do you offer repairs?

Yes. If your suit needs a repair down the line, get in touch — cost depends on the damage, and we'll quote before any work starts.

Can I pay in installments?

Prices are fixed — no offers, no haggling — and Shop Pay installments are available at checkout if you'd rather split the payment.
