Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

We know suits get searched for well beyond the US, and we intend to open international shipping — but we would rather not do it badly. Shipping a $900–$2,000 piece across a border means import VAT and duties charged to you on arrival, plus product-compliance rules that differ by market. Until we can quote all of that up front instead of surprising you with a bill at the door, we are keeping it domestic.

If you are outside the US and want a suit, email hello@fulufursuits.com and we will tell you the moment we open your country.

What shipping costs

Nothing extra. Standard shipping within the US is free — it is already built into the price you see, so there is nothing added at checkout and nothing to pay on arrival. If you would like your suit sooner, an optional paid express upgrade may be offered at checkout; that is the only shipping charge that can ever appear on your order, and it is entirely your choice.

How fast we ship

Orders leave us within four days. Every piece is checked over before it is packed — seams, eyes, fur, fastenings, and the full contents against the listing — because a one-of-one piece deserves a last look before it goes in the box.

We ship with USPS and other major carriers, chosen by parcel size and destination. You will get tracking by email as soon as the label is made. Transit time after that is the carrier's, and we cannot speed it up once the parcel is with them.

Your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and arrange redelivery. We cannot redirect a parcel that is already in transit.

Delays we do not control

Weather, carrier backlogs, and holiday-season volume can add days. If your tracking has not moved for a week, email us and we will chase the carrier with you.

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the piece and of the box and packing materials, and keep the box until the claim is settled. That is covered — see our Refund Policy for exactly how we put it right.
