Shipping & returns
Shipping for this item is a flat $59.95: it is oversized, so it does not ship free. Standard-size items in the same order do. Most orders leave us in about 4 days, weekends included; an item that is out of stock can take longer. Ships from Austin, Texas or Hangzhou, China — from Hangzhou always by air. Nothing is owed on delivery.
Faulty, damaged on the way or not as described: tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you. We do not take returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for a size or color chosen in error.
